Meet the Director

Tier 1 commercial experience, focused on your project

Callum Cryans is a Commercial Manager and qualified Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience across contract negotiation, procurement, payment claims, variations and project launch.

His background spans major roads, tunnelling, rail, building and water infrastructure projects across Australia, including commercial mobilisation for multi-billion-dollar programs. In May 2025, Callum founded CMC Contracts to give contractors access to specialist senior-level capability without the overhead of a full in-house team.
